You'll embed directly with Fortune 500 insurance teams to bring AI-powered claims processing live in their AWS environments. Monday might find you debugging a VPC configuration for a regional carrier in the morning, then whiteboarding workflow changes with their adjusters by afternoon. This is hands-on implementation work: you translate complex technical architectures into functioning systems that handle real claims volume.

What they're looking for

  • 2+ years deploying software in enterprise AWS environments, ideally with regulated or sensitive data
  • Experience supporting technical implementations for insurance, financial services, or similarly complex B2B buyers
  • Comfort navigating from infrastructure diagrams to executive presentations without losing nuance
  • Track record translating ambiguous customer requirements into scoped technical work
  • Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco with regular travel to client sites as needed
