Product Engineer (Full-stack)

We are looking for a full-stack engineer who can shape both the patient experience and the clinician-facing tools that power a modern medical advice service. This is not a feature-factory role. You will work directly with practicing physicians to understand clinical workflows, then design and ship interfaces and APIs that make those workflows faster, clearer, and more human. The surface area is broad: patient intake flows, asynchronous messaging between doctors and patients, clinical decision-support surfaces, and the infrastructure that ties it all together. If you have ever wanted to see your engineering work change someone's health outcome within the same week, this team operates on that cadence.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of professional experience building production web applications with React and Node.js, ideally using TypeScript end-to-end
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL and experience designing data models that reflect real-world domain complexity
- Comfort working across the stack, from crafting thoughtful UI with Next.js to provisioning cloud infrastructure on AWS (Terraform experience is a plus)
- A track record of collaborating with non-engineering stakeholders—designers, operators, or domain experts—to translate ambiguity into shipped software
- Bonus: exposure to Python or Redis in a high-reliability production environment
