We're a small, well-funded team of fourteen that launched last year to fix a broken dynamic in behavioral health: the people delivering life-changing autism therapy rarely control the tools or the business decisions that shape their work. Our platform gives Board Certified Behavior Analysts the clinical, scheduling, and billing infrastructure they need to run independent practices—powered by AI that reduces documentation burdens instead of replacing human judgment. As our second fullstack hire, you'll build features across the Python/MongoDB stack that turn messy operational workflows into calm, usable interfaces for clinicians who are finally being treated as owners, not employees.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years building production web applications, comfortable working end-to-end from database design to frontend implementation
- Strong Python and MongoDB experience; you know how to model data that reflects real-world clinical and scheduling complexity
- Product-minded engineering approach—you care about why a feature matters, not just how it's built
- Experience or genuine interest in healthcare, health tech, or mission-driven software where UX directly impacts patient outcomes
- Based in or willing to work hybrid from New York or San Francisco
