You are the engineer who thrives in the gap between raw model capabilities and actual business utility, translating complex client needs into working software. Your days will split between architecting custom integrations on major cloud platforms and embedding directly with customers to solve critical adoption hurdles. This is a foundational role for a tiny, well-funded team defining how offices operate in the AI era.

What they're looking for

  • 2 to 6 years of professional experience shipping production code in Python, TypeScript, or Java.
  • Hands-on deployment experience with at least one major cloud provider such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Proven ability to debug distributed systems and build custom integrations for tools like Slack.
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of translating technical constraints for non-technical stakeholders.
