Senior Product Engineer
We’re building a telehealth platform designed specifically for autistic adults—a population that has been systematically underserved by traditional mental health systems. As a Senior Product Engineer, you’ll shape both the patient-facing experience and the clinician tools that power our care model, working across the stack to turn complex clinical workflows into calm, accessible interfaces. This is a hybrid role based in New York, where you’ll collaborate closely with a small product and clinical team to ship features that directly lower barriers to life-changing support. Your work here won’t be abstract—every interface decision, every database query, and every deployment pipeline carries real weight for the people relying on us.

- 5+ years building production web applications with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
