This is a role for engineers who thrive at the intersection of code and customer reality. You will embed directly with our portfolio companies to build integrations, ship product enhancements, and solve the technical problems that unlock revenue. One week you might be refactoring a React dashboard to expose a new AI workflow; the next, you are standing up a Snowflake pipeline so a recently acquired business can report against its own data for the first time. The problems are concrete, the feedback loops are instant, and your work directly shapes how these companies grow post-acquisition.

What they're looking for

  • 3–6 years writing production software, with fluency in TypeScript, Python, or Go
  • Comfortable moving between frontend (React) and backend systems, with an instinct for clean, maintainable code
  • Experience working directly with external or internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Familiarity with data infrastructure and analytics tooling such as Snowflake
  • San Francisco-based and excited by a hybrid model that values in-person collaboration without micromanaging your calendar
