Staff Product Engineer
We’re rebuilding the continuous integration layer from first principles—an exascale compute fabric that turns 30-minute pipelines into sub-second feedback loops. This isn’t a config-wrapper or a thin UI over someone else’s runners; it’s a ground-up reimagining of how build, test, and deployment work gets scheduled, cached, and executed. As a Staff Product Engineer, you’ll own large surfaces of the customer-facing experience, obsess over latency and interaction design, and shape the workflows that thousands of developers rely on every hour. You’ll work directly with the founding team in New York, pairing deep React and TypeScript fluency with architectural judgment to make something that feels like magic and holds up under relentless scale.
What they're looking for
- 7+ years building production front-end systems with React and TypeScript, including ownership of complex, stateful UIs
- Demonstrated ability to design product architecture that stays coherent as a codebase and user base grow by orders of magnitude
- Strong product intuition—you notice when a 300ms delay trains users to distrust a tool, and you know how to fix it
- Experience working closely with designers and backend engineers to ship polished, high-impact features on aggressive timelines
- Comfortable in an on-site, high-autonomy environment where you’ll write code, review RFCs, and influence roadmap decisions daily
