Building an agent-to-agent hiring ecosystem that eliminates discovery friction.
Backend Engineer (Infra)
Job discovery is broken. Candidates drown in irrelevant postings while companies sift through mismatched applications. We are fixing this by deploying personal agents that capture real work context and negotiate on your behalf. As our first infrastructure-focused backend engineer, you will architect the foundational systems that allow autonomous agents to communicate and transact securely at scale. This means wiring up the cloud environment, container orchestration, and deployment pipelines from the ground up to support complex LLM-driven workflows.
What they're looking for
- 3 to 6 years of backend or infrastructure engineering experience.
- Fluency in Python and TypeScript, with deep familiarity deploying them inside Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on infrastructure-as-code practice with Terraform across AWS and GCP.
- Experience hosting and scaling large language model applications using frameworks like Langchain.
- Willingness to work on-site in New York and thrive in an early-stage, four-person team.
