We acquire B2B service companies with real revenue and real customers, then rewire how they operate—replacing manual processes with LLM-driven systems, shipping internal tools, and building product layers on top of services that used to run on spreadsheets and phone calls. You'll embed directly with a newly acquired business, understand its operations end-to-end, and design the AI-native version of how it should work. This is hands-on engineering across the full stack: TypeScript frontends, Python backends, prompt architecture, and the unglamorous but critical integrations that make automation actually stick in a live business.
What they're looking for
- 0–4 years of professional engineering experience, comfortable writing production TypeScript and Python
- Instinct for product thinking—you can look at a messy operational workflow and see the clean software interface hiding inside it
- Experience working with LLM APIs, prompt design, and agentic patterns, even if only on side projects
- Willingness to work on-site in Los Angeles and spend real time alongside the operators whose jobs you're reshaping
- Clear communicator who can explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders without leaning on jargon
