Senior Backend Engineer

We’re building a financial safety net for people traditional banks have left behind — products that deliver real cash in minutes, not days, and a path toward genuine credit health. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you’ll shape the systems that move money reliably, underwrite risk in real time, and scale to millions of users who depend on us when they have nowhere else to turn. You’ll own services end-to-end, from designing data models and APIs to deploying on Kubernetes and observing behavior in production. This is backend work with tangible stakes: every latency spike or reconciliation error has a human cost, and every architectural decision compounds across a lean, high-trust engineering team.
