Staff Software Engineer

This role sits at the center of that effort, shaping both the agent architecture and the platform that serves thousands of service businesses.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years building and shipping full-stack software, with deep fluency in Python and TypeScript
- Experience designing and operating distributed systems on Kubernetes in a production environment
- Track record of integrating large language models into products, not just experiments — you've wrestled with latency, reliability, and the quirks of model behavior
- Comfortable owning technical decisions across backend, frontend, and infrastructure in a small, high-trust team
- Clear, direct communication and a bias for putting working software in front of users quickly
