Full-Stack Engineer

We're rethinking ecommerce from first principles—not bolting chatbots onto legacy storefronts, but designing a platform where AI agents, dynamic product surfaces, and human merchants collaborate in real time. As an early full-stack engineer, you'll shape that foundation: shipping end-to-end features that span React frontends, serverless backends, and the data pipelines connecting them. You'll own product decisions, talk to the brands using what you build, and write code that directly determines how millions of dollars in transactions flow. This is a small, focused team working in person in San Francisco, moving fast because the architecture demands it—not because a deadline says so.

What they're looking for

  • 2–3 years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack web applications
  • Fluency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (Python, Go, or similar)
  • Comfort working across the stack—from component-level UI decisions to database schema design
  • Strong product intuition and a bias toward understanding the user's actual workflow
  • Experience or genuine curiosity about AI interfaces, retrieval-augmented generation, or agent-based systems
