In your first year, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and mechanical reliability of advanced AI data centers. You will work with a small, tight-knit team of 6 to design and develop innovative solutions for the unique challenges of space-based infrastructure. Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team and lead by example while pushing the boundaries of what's possible in space-based AI hardware manufacturing.

What they're looking for

  • 5-20 years of experience in mechanical and structural engineering, with a strong background in defense and manufacturing
  • Proven expertise in AI and hardware
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers
  • Experience in working with a small, dynamic team and heads down project focus
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the defense sector's standards and regulations
