AI agents are hitting a wall when they try to communicate—they need their own inboxes, not human workarounds. As a founding engineer, you will architect the TypeScript SDKs and REST APIs that let developers give their autonomous software a real, programmable email identity. This is ground-floor technical work, shaping the core devtools from zero to one in a San Francisco office.

What they're looking for

  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and REST API design
  • 0 to 5 years of software engineering experience
  • Interest in the intersection of AI, developer tools, and B2B infrastructure
  • Comfortable building in an early-stage, on-site environment in San Francisco
  • Bias toward shipping functional SDKs and APIs over perfect abstractions
