Bringing modern deployment and observability directly into regulated customer clouds.
Founding Engineer
We're building the control plane that lets software teams deploy, operate, and observe applications inside their own cloud accounts—no shared infrastructure, no blind handoffs. As a founding engineer, you'll shape the architecture from its earliest decisions: how we orchestrate across AWS, GCP, and Azure, how we model multi-tenant state in PostgreSQL, and how we surface real-time telemetry in a React frontend that operators actually trust. This is a hands-on, on-site role in New York where your code runs in defense networks, hospital systems, and factory floors—environments that don't forgive downtime.
What they're looking for
- Strong fluency in Go or TypeScript, with a clear point of view on when to use each
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Comfort owning infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and reasoning about container lifecycles in Docker
- Track record of building and shipping production backend systems, ideally in small-team settings
- Willingness to work on-site in New York and collaborate directly with early design partners
