Physicians are drowning in administrative work while patients wait weeks for answers. This team is building the infrastructure that lets a small family practice operate with the clinical reach and efficiency of a large health system—automating triage, charting, and patient follow-up through carefully designed AI agents. As the second product hire, you will own the end-to-end experience: sitting in on patient calls, mapping clinical workflows, defining model behavior, and shipping features that directly shape how thousands of people receive care. The role sits at the intersection of product management and hands-on engineering—you will write prompts, evaluate model outputs, and work inside the product every day.
What they're looking for
- 3–6 years in product management, with at least one stint at an early-stage company where you built something from zero to launch
- Comfortable working directly with LLMs—you have written prompts, evaluated model quality, and formed opinions on when AI is (and isn't) the right solution
- Strong clinical or healthcare product experience, with fluency in EHRs, clinical workflows, or patient-facing health tools
- Technical enough to prototype a basic interface or query a database, even if you don't call yourself an engineer
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York for in-person collaboration five days a week
