Founding Engineer

You'll spend mornings pair-programming in TypeScript and Go to wire together cloud runtime APIs, afternoons sketching interfaces in Figma that reconcile Claude Code's verbosity with Cursor's minimalism, and Fridays deploying to Cloudflare's edge while the GCP cluster hums in the background. This is hands-on systems building: you're architecting the sync layer that lets a developer suspend a session on one model, resume it on another, and never lose context. We're three people, we raised seed in February, and we still debate every dependency we add.

What they're looking for

  • 1-5 years shipping production code, with demonstrable work in TypeScript or Go
  • Comfortable owning full-stack features: React or Svelte on the frontend, distributed services behind them
  • Has taste for developer tools and has actually used at least two AI coding assistants enough to notice their friction
  • Willing to work daily from our London office—this stage runs on collision, not calendar invites
  • Bonus: experience with WebSockets, container orchestration, or building plugins for editors people already live in
