The marketplace that supplies fire trucks, ambulances, and heavy equipment to the public sector.
Software Engineer, Growth
We're building software that makes it radically simpler for government agencies and contractors to buy and sell the vehicles nobody thinks about until sirens are blaring. As the first Growth Engineer on a lean team, you'll own the experiments, tooling, and data loops that convert casual browsers into active participants on both sides of a two-sided marketplace that still runs largely on phone calls and PDFs. You'll wire up HubSpot deep into our TypeScript stack, surface inventory through dynamic Next.js surfaces, and instrument every step of the funnel so we learn fast and scale faster. This is a role for someone who treats revenue as a design problem and wants their code to move metal.
What they're looking for
- 2–5 years building full-stack web applications with TypeScript and Node.js, ideally in a marketplace or SaaS environment
- Comfortable owning a CRM integration end-to-end—HubSpot experience is a strong plus, as is working with marketing automation and email deliverability
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL and an intuition for writing queries that illuminate user behavior, not just store it
- A portfolio of growth experiments you can walk us through, including the ones that failed and what you changed next
- Clear, low-ego communication style and the willingness to work on-site in New York alongside operators, sales, and product
