As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will close the chasm between sophisticated financial logic and scalable artificial intelligence, embedding AI capabilities directly into client workflows. Your days will involve translating nuanced quantitative requirements into robust Python architectures, querying vector databases to surface the right context, and extending traditional Excel models into automated, intelligent systems. This is high-stakes, hands-on problem solving for institutional clients who cannot afford subtle inaccuracies.

What they're looking for

  • 3 to 8 years of engineering experience, ideally within fintech, data, or financial services domains
  • Fluency in Python and vector databases to architect and integrate AI-driven solutions
  • Deep competence in Microsoft Excel, capable of bridging legacy spreadsheet models with modern infrastructure
  • Strong client-facing communication skills to translate complex business logic into technical deliverables
  • Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco or New York
