Every day, millions of people call or message support lines and wait on hold while human agents burn out on repetitive questions. This company builds autonomous voice and chat agents that pick up instantly, understand messy human speech, and actually resolve issues end to end. As a senior engineer here, you'll design and ship the systems behind those conversations: real-time dialogue orchestration, LLM-backed reasoning pipelines, and the tooling that lets enterprises deploy, monitor, and trust automated agents at scale.
What they're looking for
- 5-8 years of software engineering experience, with depth in backend or full stack development (TypeScript, NodeJS, React, or Python)
- Experience shipping production systems on GCP, AWS, or Azure, ideally containerized with Kubernetes and automated through CI/CD
- Working knowledge of LLM application patterns (prompt engineering, Langchain, retrieval, evaluation) or strong motivation to build it
- Comfortable with relational data modeling in MySQL or PostgreSQL and designing APIs that other teams can build on
- Bias for ownership: you scope ambiguous problems, write clear design docs, and see features through from prototype to production
