What they're looking for
- 5+ years of production experience building scalable applications with TypeScript, Python, and modern frameworks like Vue or Express.
- Proven track record deploying secure, compliant infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Terraform.
- Deep familiarity with integrating large language models into real-world healthcare or regulated industry products.
- Experience designing flexible data schemas in MongoDB to support complex clinical data relationships.
