What they're looking for
- 8+ years of professional experience building and scaling backend or infrastructure systems
- Deep proficiency in Go, Rust, or C/C++ with a strong grasp of systems-level programming
- Proven expertise in DevOps, SRE, or distributed compute orchestration
- Comfort navigating the architecture of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to work on-site in New York, driving foundational technical decisions from day one
