What they're looking for

  • 7+ years of backend development experience with deep expertise in NodeJS, TypeScript, Go, or Kotlin.
  • Proven track record designing scalable data architectures using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and AWS infrastructure.
  • Strong background in building evaluation systems, ranking algorithms, or high-throughput data processing pipelines.
  • Experience operating within B2B ecommerce or marketing technology sectors with a focus on data integrity.
  • Based in Canada with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fully remote engineering team.
