You are the engineer who finds peace in chaotic systems and sees infrastructure as a product rather than a cost center. In this on-site New York role, you will architect the resilient backbone for intelligent agents that manage critical financial data for thousands of firms. Your work directly ensures that machine learning pipelines and customer-facing services remain available even during peak tax season volatility. We need someone ready to bring order to a rapidly scaling environment where downtime is not an option.
What they're looking for
- 5 to 8 years of experience building and maintaining production cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in Python for automating operations and building observability tooling
- Proven track record implementing monitoring stacks using Prometheus and Grafana
- Strong background in reliability engineering within AI or fintech environments
