Traditional consumer insight pipelines run on guesswork, manual surveys, and stale dashboards that lag behind actual market shifts. We are constructing an intelligent layer to automate this qualitative research, deploying language models to surface what customers actually think. As our inaugural full-stack hire, you will architect the core application from data ingestion through to the interface, translating raw model outputs into intuitive workflows for B2B clients. This is in-person work based in Los Angeles or San Francisco, joining a compact crew of five where your code directly shapes the product.
What they're looking for
- 4–8 years of software engineering experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Fluency in PostgreSQL and Tailwind, with practical exposure to GCP infrastructure.
- Comfortable integrating external AI APIs, specifically OpenAI, into production systems.
- Willingness to work on-site in Los Angeles or San Francisco.
- Bias for ownership in a small-team, early-stage environment.
