Senior / Staff Product Engineer

Your mornings start by pairing with a product designer to refine how a loan officer interacts with an AI-generated risk summary, then you shift to wiring that interaction into the backend. You will own features end-to-end across a TypeScript and Next.js frontend through to Python and Node.js services, querying PostgreSQL to ensure the data pipeline holds up under enterprise scrutiny. This is a role for an engineer who cares just as much about a crisp React component as they do about the reliability of the financial data feeding it.

What they're looking for

  • 3 to 8 years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Python.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship full-stack features, comfortable navigating from Node.js APIs through to relational database design.
  • Experience building products within financial services, fintech, or heavily regulated enterprise environments.
  • Track record of working closely with product and design counterparts to solve ambiguous user problems end-to-end.
