Every major AI lab is starving for training data that isn't scraped, recycled, or already picked clean, and this company is how they get it: proprietary records sourced directly from enterprises. As GTM Engineer, you'll own the machinery that turns interest into revenue — prospecting systems, outbound automation, pipeline analytics — all built in Python rather than assembled from SaaS clicks. You'll work on-site in New York with a team of roughly a dozen people, reporting directly to leadership, with a salary of $175K–$225K.
What they're looking for
- 1–5 years in growth, GTM, or a technical go-to-market role at a B2B company
- Strong Python — you build tools and automations, not just scripts someone else handed you
- Comfortable running experiments across the funnel: outbound sequences, lead scoring, conversion instrumentation
- Bias toward shipping: you'd rather deploy something imperfect this week than perfect next month
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) the New York area for on-site work
