Your mornings start by diving into A/B test results for a new user onboarding flow, analyzing where drop-off occurs before the first clinical intake. You will architect backend systems with Python and FastAPI, wire up GraphQL queries, and optimize PostgreSQL queries to ensure seamless product experimentation. From building the REST APIs that connect our React and TypeScript frontend to refining Docker deployments on AWS, your code directly connects more people to resilient, productive care.
What they're looking for
- 8-15 years of software engineering experience with a deep command of Python, Django, and FastAPI.
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and activation through technical growth engineering initiatives.
- Fluency across the full stack, comfortably navigating React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and REST API design.
- Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS infrastructure supporting containerized Docker environments.
- Experience building data-driven experimentation platforms within B2B or enterprise healthcare settings.
