  • 0–3 years building with TypeScript, Python, or React in production settings
  • Can read a LLM trace and form a theory about what went wrong
  • Comfortable owning a customer thread from Slack complaint to deployed patch
  • Writes Terraform or Kubernetes configs without treating infrastructure as someone else's job
  • Located in or willing to relocate to a major US metro, or fully remote with timezone flexibility
