You'll embed with customers to debug why their voice agents fail on live calls, then ship the fixes yourself. One morning you're tracing a hallucination in a healthcare triage bot; by afternoon you're deploying a new evaluation pipeline that catches it before production. This role lives at the fault line between customer pain and product invention.
What they're looking for
- 0–3 years building with TypeScript, Python, or React in production settings
- Can read a LLM trace and form a theory about what went wrong
- Comfortable owning a customer thread from Slack complaint to deployed patch
- Writes Terraform or Kubernetes configs without treating infrastructure as someone else's job
- Located in or willing to relocate to a major US metro, or fully remote with timezone flexibility
