Alternative investment funds still wrangle complex portfolios across fragmented, outdated systems. As a founding engineer, you will architect the foundational pipelines, infrastructure, and interfaces to consolidate these workflows. You will ship critical features directly alongside the founders, translating raw financial datasets into clean, automated systems from the ground up.
What they're looking for
- 1 to 6 years of software engineering experience with Python and FastAPI
- Hands-on proficiency building and maintaining cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS
- Familiarity with React for full-stack feature delivery
- Willingness to work on-site in New York five days a week
- Strong comfort navigating ambiguous, greenfield engineering challenges
