You are a pragmatic builder who thrives in zero-to-one environments where architectural decisions directly shape the product's future. As the first engineering hire, you will construct the core infrastructure that powers autonomous agents capable of onboarding clients through dynamic conversations and browser interactions. This role demands deep fluency in building reliable, scalable systems that bridge the gap between large language models and real-world enterprise workflows.
What they're looking for
- 4 to 8 years of production experience with TypeScript, Python, and PostgreSQL.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems or agent-based architectures from scratch.
- Deep understanding of integrating AI models into critical B2B or fintech operations.
- Ability to own the full stack while making strategic technical trade-offs in a small team.
