We are tackling this deficit head-on by engineering agents that possess genuine specialized intelligence rather than broad mediocrity. As a Member of Technical Staff, you will architect novel training pipelines and drive the core research required to make these focused systems actually work. Your contributions will directly dictate what our technology is capable of achieving.

What they're looking for

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience training and evaluating ML models
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with deep familiarity in PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical ML research into functional code
  • Willingness to work on-site in the South Bay Area
