Automating the last mile of enterprise operations that off-the-shelf software cannot close.

Head of Engineering

San FranciscoOn-site$200K - $300K6 - 12 years
We build agents that operate inside the ERP and CRM systems billion-dollar companies already run — Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Workday — handling the fragmented, judgment-heavy work that breaks rigid automation. Exception resolution, cross-system reconciliation, Tier-2 case triage, month-end close logic, and audit-grade compliance steps that still move through human queues today. This is not a co-pilot layer bolted onto a chat window. It is production infrastructure that executes, reconciles, and closes work directly in the systems where the work lives. As Head of Engineering, you will own the platform architecture, the agent runtime, and the team that turns enterprise operations into reliable, verifiable software.

What they're looking for

  • 6+ years building and operating distributed systems, with meaningful tenure leading teams that ship to enterprise environments
  • Deep fluency with cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, plus AWS, GCP, or Azure) and a practiced instinct for reliability, observability, and cost-aware architecture
  • Experience designing systems that interface with or embed inside ERP/CRM platforms — you understand the quirks of Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceNow, or Workday APIs and data models
  • Comfortable as player-coach in a small, high-agency team: you will set technical direction and still review critical code paths yourself
  • Clear-eyed about the difference between a demo and a production agent that customers trust with real dollars and regulatory exposure
