You are the engineer who sees mission readiness as a software problem solvable through robust, secure infrastructure. In this founding role, you will architect the core platform that automates critical logistical workflows for defense clients using modern web technologies. Your code directly impacts operational efficiency, requiring a mindset that balances rapid iteration with the rigorous reliability demanded by the national security sector.
What they're looking for
- 3 to 5 years of production experience with TypeScript, Next.js, and Express.
- Proven ability to design and scale PostgreSQL databases on AWS infrastructure.
- Hands-on expertise managing containerized applications via Kubernetes and monitoring with Grafana.
- Working knowledge of Python for backend services or data processing pipelines.
- Strong preference for candidates with prior exposure to defense, government, or high-compliance environments.
