You are the engineer who sees profit in the noise of decades-old industrial data and knows how to bridge it with modern autonomy. Your work involves deploying intelligent agents that connect disparate legacy systems into a unified layer, directly controlling production lines for maximum efficiency. We need builders comfortable moving from low-level robotics control in C++ or Rust to high-level optimization logic in Python, all while operating on-site where the machines run.

What they're looking for

  • 2 to 8 years of experience shipping software in Python, C/C++, or Rust within robotics or industrial settings.
  • Proven ability to integrate with legacy manufacturing systems and manage data pipelines using PostgreSQL and AWS.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning deployment strategies for real-time physical environments.
  • Preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco or New York for on-site collaboration.
