We're a small, well-funded research and product team operating at the intersection of reasoning systems and practical tooling. Our work turns frontier model capabilities into agents that solve real, high-value problems—software that plans, executes, and adapts. We're looking for a product-minded engineer to own the surface area where these agents meet users: the interfaces, the feedback loops, and the invisible scaffolding that makes intelligent behavior feel inevitable rather than impressive. You'll shape early product direction, ship experiments weekly, and define what it means to build alongside a model rather than just calling one from an API.
What they're looking for
- 2–7 years building and shipping full-stack software, with deep comfort in Python and TypeScript or JavaScript
- Instinct for product craft—you care about latency, affordance, error states, and the shape of a user's mental model
- Experience wiring CI/CD pipelines and owning deployment for services that run in production
- Familiarity with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or agent architectures, whether in side projects or shipped work
- Clear, direct communication and a preference for working in person with a tight-knit team in the South Bay
