  • Deep comfort with PostgreSQL beyond ORM abstraction — query optimization, schema design, migrations
  • Demonstrated work on systems where reliability matters: healthcare, fintech, or similarly regulated domains
  • Clear written communication; you'll spec features and explain tradeoffs to non-technical clinical stakeholders
  • On-site in New York; early-stage means close collaboration and rapid feedback loops
