Staff Software Engineer, Fullstack
We're looking for a Staff Fullstack Engineer who can shape the architecture behind tools that turn restaurant websites into revenue engines. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work across TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node to build surfaces that feel effortless for operators, and dig into Kotlin and Mongo when the backend demands depth. You'll set technical direction for a pod of senior engineers, partner closely with product and design, and ship work that directly lifts order volume for thousands of small businesses. What they're looking for
- 8+ years of professional software development with deep fluency in TypeScript and React, plus meaningful experience in Next.js, Vue, or Node
- Proven ability to lead technical strategy across frontend and backend surfaces—comfortable reasoning about API design, data models, and UI architecture in equal measure
- Experience with JVM languages (Kotlin preferred) and document databases like Mongo in production environments
- Track record of mentoring senior engineers, running design reviews, and raising the bar on code quality without slowing delivery
- Clear communication skills and a bias for understanding the business context behind the technical work, ideally in ecommerce or marketing-tech settings
