Sales teams drown in disconnected tools, stale CRM records, and manual busywork instead of actually selling. That is the problem this team is solving with autonomous agents that handle the grunt work of revenue operations end to end. As an applied AI engineer, you would sit at the core of that effort: designing prompts, retrieval systems, and evaluation harnesses; tuning how agents reason over messy enterprise data; and shipping models into production where real deals live or die by their output. Expect close collaboration between research-minded engineers and customers, plus the latitude to shape technical decisions from day one.
What they're looking for
- 1-6 years of software engineering experience, with Python as your primary language
- Hands-on experience applying LLMs to production problems: prompting, retrieval, fine-tuning, or agent architectures
- Strong engineering fundamentals and comfort operating without mature playbooks
- Ability to evaluate model behavior rigorously and iterate on quality, not just demos
- Based in or willing to work on-site in San Francisco
