Enterprise software breaks down because static workflows cannot keep up with shifting realities. We need an engineer to construct the foundational architecture for AI-driven processes that actively rewrite their own operating procedures. You will ship the core runtime and developer tools that allow autonomous systems to diagnose flaws and upgrade themselves. This is ground-floor work, dictating the technical trajectory of a nascent product serving massive organizations.
What they're looking for
- 2 to 5 years of software engineering experience building production systems
- Fluency in Python and TypeScript, with practical Next.js exposure
- Ability to architect reliable infrastructure for self-modifying algorithmic pipelines
- Comfort operating in a five-person, highly autonomous San Francisco environment
