What they're looking for

  • 8-10 years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping user-facing products.
  • Deep proficiency across TypeScript, React, Next.js, NodeJS, and PostgreSQL.
  • Comfortable navigating Tailwind for UI work and Rust for performance-critical backend components.
  • Proven ability to lead architectural decisions and mentor engineers at a growth-stage venture.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid capacity from the New York metro area.
