Engineering Manager, Data Platform

Fraud evolves faster than most infrastructure can handle. We need a grounded engineering leader to harden the data platform that powers our core detection pipelines, ensuring our signals stay ahead of emerging threats. You will guide a team architecting high-throughput data systems and shape the technical vision for how we process, store, and surface risk intelligence at scale.

What they're looking for

  • 6 to 10 years of software engineering experience, including managing high-output data or platform teams
  • Deep working familiarity with our core stack: Python, Go, PostgreSQL, AWS, Spark, Kafka, and Airflow
  • Proven ability to scale data infrastructure and orchestration layers using Snowflake, Hive, and Looker
  • Track record of shipping reliable, containerized services with Docker in complex distributed environments
