Enterprise phone calls are notoriously clunky, expensive, and slow. This role tackles that friction directly, engineering the infrastructure that lets AI handle complex voice interactions at scale. You will build across the entire stack, stitching React front-ends to Python and Node back-ends, to shape how businesses automate their call centers. It is a ground-floor opportunity to define the core product of a young, well-backed startup.

What they're looking for

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Deep fluency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, NodeJS, and Python
  • Proven ability to deploy and manage services on AWS
  • Comfortable working on-site in the San Francisco or South Bay Area
  • Strong bias toward shipping working software over perfect architecture
