You are the translator who turns complex logistics data into autonomous financial action for the world's largest corporations. This role places you directly inside enterprise operations to deploy AI agents that manage billions in supply chain spend without human intervention. You will bridge the gap between abstract machine learning models and the gritty reality of global transportation finance.

What they're looking for

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in forward deployment, solutions engineering, or technical account management within B2B enterprise software.
  • Deep familiarity with supply chain logistics, procurement workflows, or corporate finance operations.
  • Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot AI-driven automation tools in high-stakes production environments.
  • Strong communication skills capable of aligning technical teams with C-suite stakeholders at Fortune 100 companies.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for a hybrid work schedule.
