The team ships modern React frontends backed by Go services, moving fast on a product that directly shapes how policies get priced, sold, and serviced. This is engineering where clean abstractions actually matter because the domain is genuinely complex.

What they're looking for

  • 3+ years shipping production software in React, TypeScript, and Go or similar statically-typed backend languages
  • Experience building for regulated industries or B2B workflows with multiple stakeholder types
  • Comfort owning features across the stack from component architecture to API design
  • Track record in early-stage environments where you write the patterns, not just follow them
  • Willing to work on-site in New York or San Francisco
