Staff Software Engineer, Platform

You are a systems thinker who finds elegance in scaling infrastructure that processes massive datasets for real-time decision making. In this role, you will architect the backbone of our analytics engine, ensuring our growth teams can iterate on creative strategies without latency bottlenecks. We need someone who has moved beyond writing simple APIs to designing resilient, distributed systems that handle complex data pipelines across diverse tech stacks.

What they're looking for

  • 6+ years of backend engineering experience with deep expertise in NodeJS, Go, or Rust.
  • Proven track record designing high-throughput data platforms using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar distributed databases.
  • Experience building internal developer tools and APIs that support large-scale analytics or ad-tech workflows.
  • Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure on Azure or equivalent platforms with a focus on reliability and cost efficiency.
