Head of Security
Healthcare data is under siege, and safeguarding patient information within AI systems demands more than off-the-shelf compliance checklists. As Head of Security, you will architect the defense strategy for a platform processing sensitive clinical workflows at scale. You will dictate security architecture across a polyglot stack, build the protocols that protect patient data, and lead the engineering efforts that keep our platform trustworthy for enterprise health systems.
What they're looking for
- 6 to 15 years of experience in security engineering, with meaningful leadership responsibilities.
- Deep technical fluency across cloud infrastructure and application security within Python, NodeJS, Go, TypeScript, or React environments.
- Proven ability to design and enforce security frameworks that satisfy rigorous healthcare and enterprise compliance standards.
- Experience building or scaling security programs at a growth-stage technology company.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco metro area for a hybrid schedule.
