Your mornings might go to a retrieval pipeline so a coach's AI copilot remembers that a member's knee flared up two weeks ago; your afternoons to the eval suite proving it pulled the right memory. You'll own LLM features end to end at a staff level — prompt design, Langchain orchestration, Terraform-managed AWS infrastructure — for a coaching product that gets people moving every single day. The models already exist. Your job is making them reliably useful in the messy, human context of training.
What they're looking for
- 4-10 years of software engineering, with recent depth shipping production LLM applications (not demos) in Python
- Hands-on experience with Langchain or similar orchestration frameworks, plus retrieval and evaluation of generative systems
- Fluency provisioning and operating infrastructure on AWS via Terraform
- Comfortable as a staff-level owner: scoping ambiguous problems, setting technical direction, and mentoring without being told to
- Bonus: prior work in consumer health, fitness, or coaching products
