We build infrastructure that lets software teams hand their repetitive work to computers.
Senior Security Engineer
We're scaling a platform that executes complex, multi-step workflows inside hardened cloud environments — which means every layer of the stack has to be untamperable by design. This role owns security architecture across sandboxed runtimes, CI/CD pipelines, and customer-facing APIs that power autonomous software delivery. You'll harden container boundaries, design least-privilege access models, and ship production countermeasures in Go, Rust, and Python. We're a small, senior team in San Francisco where security decisions carry real weight and nothing gets rubber-stamped.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years building and breaking production systems, with deep fluency in at least two of: Rust, Go, C/C++, or Python
- Hands-on experience securing AWS workloads — IAM design, VPC segmentation, KMS policies, and container isolation
- Track record of shipping security tooling inside CI/CD (static analysis, dependency scanning, signed builds) rather than just advising on it
- Comfort reasoning about OS-level primitives (seccomp, namespaces, capabilities) and applying them to real-world sandboxing problems
- Clear communicator who can weigh tradeoffs with engineers and leadership without defaulting to dogma
