In your first year, you'll spearhead the design of key user experiences that underpin the automation of logistical workflows. Combining both UI/UX design and frontend development skills is essential to both architect and implement intuitive interfaces for logistics professionals. The impact of the systems you design will be tangible within the business operations of clients across manufacturing. Our small team of founders value autonomy and precision in design for the complex and critical systems we build, allowing you to shape workflows that handle billions of dollars in global transactions.

What they're looking for

  • Proven experience (1-5 years) in both design and frontend development, with a portfolio showcasing your work in React and TypeScript.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Tailwind CSS for creating and implementing design systems.
  • Demonstrated capability to prototype and build user interfaces that integrate seamlessly with backend systems and processes.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working closely with a small, close-knit team as a founding member of this process-driven organization.
  • Passion for solving complex problems in the logistics and manufacturing sectors, with a focus on enterprise-level solutions.
